Libby Sander
Libby has over 15 years experience as a people performance specialist. She has worked in a range of industries holding both senior human resources and operational roles. Organisations Libby has worked with have won national recognition for human resource initiatives.
She has worked closely at Chairman/CEO level providing coaching and advice, dealing with a range of sensitive issues. She is passionate about assisting individuals and organisations optimise their potential.
Libby is known for the passion and enthusiasm she brings to her clients. She helps organisations move beyond a culture of compliance to one of creation, allowing people to access their passion and deliver extraordinary outcomes.
Libby holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business degrees as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
She is also a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

• Took up sword fighting as a hobby after being inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean
• Has a life long love affair with horses which she shares with her husband Darren, a leading 3 day event rider and their son
