When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending quality time with my friends - hosting a dinner party or enjoying a couple of drinks & some live music, watching Netflix, scuba diving, travelling, strolling in nature or listening to an endless list of leadership development, small business growth and mindset audiobooks & podcasts. I am passionately curious & love learning!
I spent 5+ years of my career working onsite in FIFO roles so know where the rubber hits the road and am not "one of those" corporate HR types.
My background is varied and includes working for small and medium owner operators and small and large contractors in both QLD and WA. I've worked through generalist HR advisory and management positions. I'm Perth based and happy to travel to sites as required.
I've been consulting for 4+ years now and love the variety and project style work. If you either are too small to have a dedicated HR resource and are looking for someone to call; or perhaps you have a team that needs some extra support, a sounding board or just an extra pair of hands for a piece of work then get in touch.
In addition to a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations, I'm also an accredited DiSC Facilitator & have studied NLP.
I am a curious person - so I pay attention to what others do in the business and how HR fits in - I get the business side of the coin and work in practical HR solutions
